Tad, as he’s best known, has an extensive practice in Family Law. From the anguishing issues of divorce and child custody to the joys of adoption, his clients benefit from Tad’s understanding, patient guidance, and legal deftness.
  
Tad is also an effective litigator, particularly noted for his handling of premises liability, auto negligence, and personal injury cases. 

Born in Richmond, Virginia, Tad attended the University of Kansas before graduating from Washburn University School of Law in 1986. He was admitted to practice in 1986. Tad is Municipal Court Judge for the City of Hutchinson and serves as chairman of the Reno County Bench/Bar Committee.

As much as he enjoys his law practice, Tad enjoys enjoying life with his wife and four children even more. Plus he relishes the opportunity to go running. Tad also makes time for volunteer work and is a member of Hutchinson Area Student Health Services Board and the Educational Facility Authority.
